depression, anxiety, grief, chronic illness, ADHD, parenting
skills or life purpose, Mind, Body, Spirit Psychotherapy can
increase one’s self awareness, sense of self empowerment,
use of effective tools to assist focus, goal setting and
completion, and an overall sense of well being and joy. I
believe that people benefit from an integrated, holistic
approach, and view my role as shining a light to help them
find their way, and remember their own light. I work with
clients as co-creator to assist them on their
transformational healing experience.
